We are looking for Rigout Technicians to join our growing team. Come kick-start your career with us today!

Things you will do:

  1. Mount and Installation of truck mounted Van bodies & decks
  2. Install and route electrical wiring for lighting, controls, auxiliary power, and electronic accessories
  3. Assemble, install, and test air systems including airlines, valves, compressors, and fittings
  4. Install and service hydraulic systems such as pumps, hoses, cylinders, and reservoirs
  5. Mount and install vehicle accessories including toolboxes, lift gates, PTOs, pumps, tanks, brackets, and specialty equipment
  6. Read and interpret wiring diagrams, hydraulic schematics, blueprints, and work instructions
  7. Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, air, and hydraulic system issues
  8. Ensure all installations meet safety standards, manufacturer specifications, and CVSE regulations
  9. Perform quality checks and functional testing prior to vehicle delivery
  10. Maintain a clean and organized work area and properly document completed work
  11. Communicate with supervisors, engineers, and team members regarding build progress or issues
  12. Follow company safety policies and procedures at all times

What you have
  1. High school diploma or equivalent
  2. Experience in commercial vehicle upfitting, heavy equipment, automotive, or related mechanical work
  3. Working knowledge of electrical wiring, air systems, and hydraulic systems
  4. Ability to read technical diagrams and schematics
  5. Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
  6. Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  8. Welding or fabrication experience
